SG Nominated for Best of the Finger Lakes

The voting period is now open in Messenger Post Media’s inaugural 2017 Best of the Finger Lakes awards recognizing exceptional businesses throughout the region — including our close neighbors within Monroe County.

During the nearly monthlong nomination period, close to 15,000 nominations were submitted, highlighting area businesses in more than 150 categories. The five businesses with the most nominations in each category now move on to the voting round, where you will decide the top business in each category. SG Security is proud to be one of the five nominees in the Home Security category.

Voting will take place solely online at www.BestofFingerlakes.com and will run through Oct. 9. Anyone who would like to vote but does not have a computer can go to their public library or come to the newspaper offices at 73 Buffalo St. in Canandaigua, where we will have a computer available for casting votes.

Best of the Finger Lakes winners will be showcased in the inaugural Best of the Finger Lakes magazine distributed in the Daily Messenger, Wayne Post, Monroe County Post publications and on MPNnow.com.

In addition to appearing in the Best of the Finger Lakes magazine, winners and nominees also will be honored at an awards ceremony to be announced later.
